How to get to ITLS

Maps and directions: ITLS is situated at 144 Burren Street, Newtown, Sydney, Australia. For maps and directions please refer to one of the web mapping services e.g., Google Maps, Whereis or Travelmate.

Public transport: There is a bus stop and a train station within five minutes walk of ITLS. The nearest bus stop is on King Street (opposite the Marlbourough Hotel) and the nearest train station is Macdonaldtown Station. Details of public transport may be found on the NSW Government's Trip Planner website.

By bike: There are bike stands at ITLS. A cycleway map for Sydney may be downloaded from the Roads and Traffic Authority NSW or a more local bicycle map for the University of Sydney may be downloaded from the University of Sydney's Campus Infrastructure Services.

By car: Unfortunately the only public parking near ITLS is on the surrounding streets (most is limited to one or two hours), the car parks are for staff only, non permit holders will be booked.

Where to stay when visiting ITLS

The University Accommodation Service can provide advice and assistance to all visitors to ITLS booking casual, short term or longer term accommodation.
